C’est avec joie que je vous souhaite à tous une merveilleuse année 2021.

Je souhaite que 2021 vous rapproche de ceux que vous aimez et qu’elle vous aide à obtenir tout ce que vous méritez d’avoir, pour devenir ce que vous méritez d’être.

Je sais que cette année nous apportera beaucoup de choses merveilleuses.

De n’importe quel challenge que l’on pourra rencontrer.

Entièrement pour vous, j’ai aussi beaucoup de nouvelles ressources qui arriveront dans les prochaines semaines. Rien que je ne puisse vous dire pour l’instant, c’est encore un secret, mais je vous assure qu’il s’agit de plein de valeurs à partager avec tous ceux qui veulent être une lumière dans leur propre monde.

Mon message reste le même, je veux vous aider à grandir et à rester en contact avec votre enfant intérieur.

Je souhaite que vous puissiez accéder aux pouvoir que vous avez. Je souhaite que vous puissez avancer un peu plus vers votre objectif et progresser vers votre propre compréhension du monde.

Mon rêve est que tout le monde soit libre de vivre sereinement selon ses propres principes.

Ne vous laissez plus dirigé par ce que les médias peuvent dire à propos de nous, de vous et du monde.

Trouver votre propre vérité et vivez-la.

Ma mission, c’est de vous montrer les possibilités que vous avez.

The Benefits of Corona Virus

Let’s continue our exploration of what the world has to offer us. And what is the world offering us all today? 

Time.

We all asked for some spare time to continue the work we were doing, we all had a voice asking for vacation or even just asking to be left alone. There we are.

This time offered to us is as an answer to all those “prayers”. When you ask or wish for something, it can be considered as a prayer. And since we do have the time to think, the earth might be trying to tell us something it has been trying to say for a long period of time.

What if someone or something was trying to show us things from a different perspective? What if the world was just trying to show us the way things have to be done? If we think about it, we can learn a lot with Corona Virus apparition. It can teach us a lot of things, besides all the death it has cost.

And what is death but the start of something new? It gives room for something new, for an evolution. We should honour it, and yet also consider it as a part of life.

First of all, we should all think of all the people dying right now from Covid 19 and pay tribute to them. They didn’t ask for anything and yet it happened suddenly, no one was even ready for it.

And then again, it gives us the opportunity as a member of the earth to connect to one another and to remember that we are all connected and living on the same planet. Frontiers do not have the power to take that away from us, we the people are more than powerful when it comes to working together.

Connectedness is what is going to make us stronger after this crisis has passed. 

We will learn how to work independently as well as with the other, realise that it is possible to work on our own, from our own house. And if difficulty appears, it’s also an opportunity for us to be humble and ask for help, when it is needed. We have to work together and ask for help and I believe it’s also a benefit we can gain from this crisis.

We will always know crisis in our lives. As individuals, where we will need to work on ourselves and learn from it. But this one is the same for everyone in the world, we will therefore still have to ask for help and work on ourselves as a community. A community composed of all the people in the world. It’s an opportunity for us to remember that we are all connected and living on the same earth.

Therefore, if we want to live happily and peacefully, we need to concentrate on the good things happening around us. It doesn’t take apart the fact that horrible things are still happening. But if you are like me, you might tend to be really anxious with the situation. I must say it, I’m kind of scared when I have to go shopping and I can’t stand to watch the news everyday, if I do so, I know I’m going to feel, sleep and think bad. Television only brings us fear. Fear is the opposite of love. And if we want to be happy in our body and soul we do have to be full of love.

In order to take care of one body and mind, one need to be focused on the good things. Because life is still going on for a lot of us and we should be ready and powerful enough to face what is coming for us and also as a way of paying tribute to everyone that has died ; for us.

We’re in this together, all of us. 

And even if some people might tell you that economy is bad, that people are using this historical event to gain from the pain of others and that we will never be the same ; I believe we will indeed be different when everything has passed but in a good way.

I know it is easy to feel overwhelmed and anxious, but this feeling doesn’t have to take all part of your being. You can start to work and listen to yourself in order to feel good. 

If I am well, my neighbour will be well, we are talking about energy here, even if we are all confined we still can elevate the vibration of the world, by helping others in one way and by helping ourselves. And this is the subject of the movie project I’m working on at the moment, you can find out more about it here on my last article.

We still are an example for the people around us, but not in the same way we used to be for the moment.

You have to feel good, because if you don’t, you’ll die. Feeling good is like your way of saying to your body that it is strong and healthy.

You have to keep dreaming, if you don’t, you’ll die. A bicycle will never be up by being still, it’s because it’s moving that it is able to stay up. So keep moving, even if you can’t move outside of your house.

This virus is giving space for us but above all, for the planet. 

Look at it, almost the whole world is on pause right now. Which gives space for nature to take back its rights. There is less pollution than ever, animals come back to some cities, wars are stopping in some parts of the world … Moreover, it helps us reconnect with our loved ones and refocus and essentials, this virus doesn’t care how rich you are …

Scientists even tell us that our post corona virus lives will be even better. Here’s a quote from an interesting French article (link here) :

“The impact of the epidemic will force us to slow down, to not take planes, to work from home, to only go out with our close ones and to learn to be auto-sufficient and conscious. All of a sudden, fashion shows seems weird and out of context, commercials for travel agencies entering ou web pages appear intrusive and ridiculous, the idea of futur project is vague and indecisive : but does this really matter? Everyday, we question systems that we know since we were born and have to think to its eventual disappearance.”

It’s not because we are confined that we have to let our body down. On the contrary, it’s an opportunity to show ourselves that we can do better and take care of ourselves.

I wanted to tell you about how I keep myself going during this time but it seems like I had to tell you other things before.

If there is one thing that helps me keep growing indoor besides my loved ones, it is yoga. I learnt a lot from this simple activity and I really want to share how it is beneficial to me. And since you’ve been reading for quite some time now, let’s keep this subject for another article.

In the meantime, remember to listen to yourself, you own intuition only wants what is good for you and that will be the better way for you to be healthy and strong.

Stop running and listen to yourself

As promised, we’ll continue on the subject we began talking about. And I chose specifically those  ones because I used to find myself getting anxious for nothing. Always trying to just do the work I had to do and then get to the next thing without even taking time for myself. And since most of us try to think about others before, where do you find that time when you just sit with yourself? And actually be ok just by yourself, without using anything to help you out.

Some years ago, I realised I just couldn’t be by myself, in my own apartment without having something to do, to watch or to listen. I had to have something going on in order for me to feel good. I was then advised to learn to be good on my own, with the TV and music off, even if that was for just 5 minutes a day.

And that was the starting point of my mediation journey. Little by little, I tried and checked how I was feeling in those moments of nothingness. At first yes, I’m not gonna lie, that was hard but trust me, I know that now, this time is the most valuable of my day. Of course it’s gonna feel weird, your body needs to acclimate to the new things you’re trying to teach him.

So many people are looking for their purpose. But in our world, we have to do the work, do the gym, do the housing, do, do, do, do, do…. So much that we then don’t take the time to just sit and know what is happening inside of us and therefore where our hearts, our purpose is. We won’t be able to figure it out until we just ask ourselves what it is we want, what it is that make our heart sparkle.

This non-stopping mindset is a distraction from us being able to slow down long enough to actually get all the answers we’re waiting for.

Meditation can be used as a tool to open your channel. We all have a divine channel, that inner knowing, like a cosmic inner voice that connects us to the divine inside us. A divine that isn’t necessarily God but maybe your own God, the one that you go to when you need guidance. Because we all need guidance in this world. Some might even call it consciousness.

And that is all the purpose of mediation, being able to be conscious of what you want and what you feel so you can hear that inner voice that wants to guide you.

There are steps that need to happen in order for you to be the container for the love, for the abundance, and for the inner knowing you so deeply need. You need to learn how to hold the space, which will make you able to facilitate other people.

So many people want to skip doing that inner work. Because yes, it might be considered as working on yourself but I’m sorry to say it, nothing will ever happen to you if you haven’t worked for it. In every areas in life. We all have to work on ourselves, we all have an inner child work to do, we all have to forgive, we all have to face what triggers us to go on in life. But people just want to get to the purpose and then enjoy it and then the end. But there will is something else and your purpose will never be fulfilling if you haven’t done the inner work. You won’t hear the divine whispers of the soul if you have a lot of noise. 

But people are so busy and consumed, and in such a state of avoidance that they can’t hear this inner voice. You have to make the space to hear, you have to know your soul assignment. You’ll never gonna figure it out until you slow down. It’s often too loud to get clarity on your purpose. You’re not present. You’re running around trying to see what you can get from everyone instead of trying to see what you can give.

So learn to be still, to live with yourself, to understand that beautiful person that you are. Learn to look for the things that make you feel good instead of the things that consume you. It’s too easy to let yourself burn in the everyday noise. It’s less easy to take time and work for yourself but so much more fulfilling and self realising.

Nobody will do that work but you. Nobody will take care of yourself better than you can. Deep down you know what is better for you, trust that voice and be bold enough to follow it.

Self love – acceptance – is the key to living your purpose. 

There is never gonna be enough money, enough time or just enough of what you’re trying to get everyday. You’re just going to continue to get more and more and more and still won’t be satisfied because you haven’t stopped.

But why do you have that anxiety? Why are you stressed out all the time? What are you running from? 

I’m talking about meditation because it has become a tool for me so I can be present with myself. It has shown me how to wait and be aware of my surroundings and of what I’m actually doing. It has become that time of the day where I just sit and dedicate time for myself, usually at the beginning of the day. After that time, my batteries are finally recharged and I can be present for everyone around me. Of course I’m not saying that it has changed me right away, again everything takes time, but it is changing me and I’m learning everyday how to be still. For someone like me who was and is always running around it is a big step. My next step is to learn to be still even longer.

As for you, you should just try out what works for you. There is multiple kind of meditations which can be really useful. There is more than 20 different types of meditation (this website shows you the difference between all of them), one where you sit, another one where you have breathing exercices which will help your body relax, and also another one where you can lie down and even fall asleep if you need to (that one is called yoga nidra). I advise you to check the Insight Timer app, which has been a great tool for the past 3 years for my meditations, they offer free guided meditations, courses, talks, musics…

The more you meditate, the less likely you are to make a mistake. Truly. So I encourage you to start meditating for at least 5 minutes a day. What is 5 minutes? We all can find that time.

In my meditation journey, I also came across Yoga, which has really been a game changer for me. Be sure to stay tuned to know more, it will be the subject of my next article. I will also share how our body are connected and always changing, on a cellular level.

J’ai décidé d’ouvrir ce site pour laisser ma créativité travailler et inspirer les autres. Après tout, pour quelle autre raison sommes nous ici d’autre que pour inspirer les gens qui nous entourent? Personne n’est parfait et c’est la raison pour laquelle on devrait partager nos forces et nos faiblesses.

Je vous souhaite donc la bienvenue. Et j’ai encore le temps de vous souhaiter une merveilleuse année 2020. Qu’elle vous apporte de la joie, des rires, de l’amour, des découvertes, des aventures et quelques difficultés également. Souhaiter des difficultés peut paraître étrange mais ce sont elles qui nous aident à grandir et à apprendre ; on devrait donc les chérir quand elles sont là et en être reconnaissant quand elles sont enfin parties.

Je ne crois pas au hasard. Je crois plutôt que tout ce qui nous arrive est censé nous arriver.Autrement dit, je crois que vous n’êtes pas là par hasard.

Nous parlerons de partage, de but, de comprendre la vie (ou pas), de demandes, de recevoir .. d’être humain, tout simplement.

On a tous besoin les uns des autres. Personne n’est censé marcher seul sur le chemin de la vie ; alors marchons ensemble vers un avenir encore plus lumineux.

N’oubliez pas de vous abonner pour recevoir toutes mes dernières publications, je partagerai tout ce que j’ai appris à propos d’être un simple human et magique. Parce que la vie est magique et j’ose espérer qu’un jour tout le monde la verra de cette façon.
